Report: UConn adds OL commitment
For the second time in less than a week reports have Chasz Wright, an offensive lineman from Woodbridge, Va., committed to UConn.
Scout.com is now reporting that Wright has committed to the Huskies a few days after he was on the Yahoo database as a Connecticut commit only to have that information taken down.
The 6-foot-7, 274-pound Wright led Hylton High to an 11-3 record and trip to Virginia's 3A Division 6 semifinals as a senior.
His commitment brings the number of reported commitments to 24 which includes Harrisburg (Pa.) LB Chris Britton, who could end up holding off enrolling at UConn until January and two receivers (Dhameer Bradley and Noel Thomas) enrolled for the spring semester.
