Smallwood signs with Falcons
Former UConn linebacker Yawin Smallwood agreed to terms with the Atlanta Falcons today.
Smallwood, a seventh-round pick by Atlanta, received a signing bonus of $45,896 and the base salaries in the four-year contract were $420,000, $510,000, $600,000 and $690,000 according to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun and the National Football Post.
