UConn football signee Jordan Fuchs (No. 2) ended his high school
basketball career by helping Christ the King win the NY Federation title
Jordan Fuchs, one of more celebrated of the incoming freshmen, ended his high school basketball career in style as he was a member of the Christ the King squad which beat Long Island Lutheran 73-64 in the New York Federation of Champions Class AA title game.

I was not able to locate a box score to report any stats from Fuchs, who projects to play tight end at UConn, but his teammate Jon Severe had 28 points to earn tournament MVP honors and set a tournament record with 68 points in the two games.

UConn basketball commit Kentan Facey had 16 points and seven rebounds in the loss.
