Former UConn LB Lutrus cut by Colts

Former UConn linebacker Scott Lutrus was let go by the Indianapolis Colts today just two days after he injured his knee at practice.

Lutrus suffered a knee injury last year which prevented him from being able to play in any regular season games with the Colts. Lutrus played in four preseason games and four regular-season contests with the Colts during the 2011 season. He finished with seven tackles during the regular season with two each coming in games against New England, Baltimore and Tennessee.
