Former UConn LB Sio Moore proving to be a quick study
It hasn't taken former UConn linebacker Sio Moore long to make a good impression with the Oakland Raiders.
An entry on the CSNCalifornia.com site focuses on how quickly Moore, a third-round pick of the Raiders in last month's NFL draft, has been picking things up.
"His ability to understand multiple positions has been good," Raiders coach Dennis Allen said in the report. "He's a guy that, like I said after we drafted him, he loves football. He wants to work. He wants to get better. And he's a guy that I just think is going to continue to get better as he gets comfortable with the scheme."
