Former NFL general manager raves about Sio Moore

Senior Bowl Executive Director Phil Savage, the former general manager of the NFL's Cleveland Browns, is reviewing the performances of players who took part in last month's event on a position by position basis.

In today's installment he listed former UConn star Sio Moore first among the North linebackers he graded out. Here's what he had to say about Moore.

He flashed instincts, ended up around the football on a consistent basis and even showed some pass rush ability during his short time in Mobile. Plus, he has the temperament to run and cover kicks on special teams.

Trevardo Williams was not included in his breakdown since UConn's all-time sacks leader was injured early in the week of practice. I would expect the review of North cornerbacks (including former Huskies Dwayne Gratz and Blidi Wreh-Wilson) to be posted in the coming days.
